Q. What insurance is included?
A. We follow our own insurance that is only for our Chauffeur Driven Car. Please set on your own if you need any travel insurance that is other than for Chauffeur Driven Car Service.
Q. Can I get in the car with my pet?
A. Please bring your own cage for the pet. We have possiblility of refusal depending on the kind of your pet. Please take responsibility for looking after them.We won’t bear all responsibility.
Q. Is Itinenary-Planning available?
A. We will ask customers to decide the destinations and the places to stop. Then let us help making your itinenary by talkig with you.
Q. Is re-routing allowed during the tour?
A. We accept the change as far as we can keep safe driving. Please feel free to tell our driver.
*An additional fee will be charged if the time length was extended.
Q. Is the meal cost for the driver additional?
A. Customers don’t need to pay at all. The drivers will pay on their own.
Q. Is the time restriction placed for picking up/dropping off in early morning/late night?
A. Our service by the driver is fixed between 7:00 to 20:00. If the time is extended, we will ask you JPY3,000 as an additional fee. The same term will be applied to the delay by traffic congestion.
Q. How is the cancellation policy?
A. Our Cancellation Policy is showed below. We won’t ask the cancellation fee no earlier than 8days prior to the scheduled date.
